Resnice/-a o/v pravu / Truth(s) in/of law

Resnice o pravu so mnoge in nestalne, pogojene s predstavami in izkušnjami tiste_ga, ki jih premišljuje. Resnice, ki jih producirajo pravni sistemi skozi postopke ustvarjanja prava (npr. zakonodajni, upravni, sodni postopki) prav tako niso enovite in stabilne. Enako je z resnicami, ki predstavljajo predpostavke in obljube liberalnega pravnega sistema (npr. demokracija ali človekove pravice). Ko s strahom zremo v prihodnost, so pravni sistemi pogosto videni kot izredno problematični, hkrati pa se nanje obračamo kot na potencialne generatorje (od)rešitve. Truths about law are many and volatile, conditioned by the ideas and experiences of the one thinking them. The truths produced by legal systems through law-making processes (e.g., legislative, administrative, judicial procedures) are also not uniform and stable. It is the same with truths that represent the assumptions and promises of a liberal legal system (e.g., democracy or human rights). When we look towards the future with fear, legal systems are often seen as extremely problematic, and at the same time we turn to them as potential generators of (re)solutions.
